SIGNAGE for Basic Service Listings

To better serve you and to project a professional image marketing your home, we would ask you to agree to the following terms regarding signage

You have an option of having no sign at all in front of your home. If you'd like to have a "for sale" sign it must be one of ours (see details below). Because this is an MLS listing you cannot have a "For Sale By Owner" sign You must not alter, tape anything, or add any other telephone numbers on our signs or deface it in any way. A lawn sign will be installed in front of your home but you must return it once your home is sold. While there is no cost for a lawn sign, if you wish to have a sign hanging from a post, there is a charge for the post installation of approx. $50 (the cost is an ever-inctreasing one and determined by the post installation companies). If you wish to add an "appointment phone" it must be on a small post in the proximity of our sign and must be mechanically produced, not hand written

Replacement Cost for Signs & Lockboxes

There may be an additional cost to you for post, sign and lockbox installation and replacement of same  if they are lost or damaged. Detailed information will be available to you upon the listing of your home.
