We are a licensed Real Estate office operating in the Lower Mainland. We are located in Surrey, but we have listings from North Van to Abbotsford.

We offer options on commissions and service without compromising exposure in the MLS (Multiple Listing Service). We don't have to pay any franchise fees or "image advertising" on national TV so we pass the savings on to you. The result is your home gets the same or more exposure than most listings, while you save on commissions.

Residential real estate sales is what we deal with and specialize in. New construction, project marketing of strata properties as well as resale houses, townhouses and condos.

We will accept new home listings and market the homes for maximum exposure.

Our main areas of doing business is the Surrey, North Delta, White Rock areas, but we often list and sell homes in Vancouver and in the Lower Fraser Valley.

Listings

Getting the best possible terms
We will list and sell your home so you get the highest possible price for it. You have a distinct advantage when you list with us. To help you understand the selling process we've just published a no-bull 17-page brochure explaining in detail how your property will be marketed - including marketing in the Internet. If you wish to receive it by mail just send me a short message.

Exposure
Your home will get the full Internet exposure on the MLS plus more than most other listings because of the special web page that we will create for your property. In the web page we can post an unlimited number of photos to showcase your home on the Internet.

Most other realtors post between 1 and 10 photos which may not do justice to an above average property.

Buyers

Normally we don't work with buyers as our hands are full working for sellers.

The only time we will work with buyers will be if the buyers are past clients or if they have just sold their home with us and are looking for new home.

In such cases an initial search will be done for the potential buyer and after that the buyer will receive automatic e-mail notifications of all new listings (within 15 min. of being entered in the market).

Comparative Market Analysis
Once a suitable property is located, a CMA (Comparative Market Analysis) will be performed to determine its fair market value. The offer should be based on that and not on the asking price alone.
