Nothing comes even remotely close to the exposure of the MLS as offered by the www.mls.ca web site. Your home will be listed in this web site for approx. the same fee as in most FSBO web sites.

Buyers or other Realtors will call you. They will find your name and tel. number(s) in the comments section of the MLS description of the property or they will contact me first and I will pass on your contact info to them.

.You are not going to lose any buyers. While some buyers would much rather deal with the owner directly, others feel intimidated and would much rather have a realtor working for them. With my plan, buyers do have a choice, and you won't lose any.
