What I am
doing here, is find a happy medium between the high priced
commissions charged by most realtors and the "For Sale By Owner"
who in theory saves the commission but the home gets no exposure. |

enter your home in the MLS for exposure, for a nominal fee (not $12,000). |

option to accept an offer from another realtor (if the realtor brings
you a good offer) or from a private buyer who finds your home on MLS.
You don't have to worry about contract writing, subject removals etc
