What is needed in today's real estate market is a low cost listing service that will enter your home in the MLS for exposure, for a nominal fee (not $12,000).

Full Flexibility

You have an option to accept an offer from another realtor (if the realtor brings you a good offer) or from a private buyer who finds your home on MLS. You don't have to worry about contract writing, subject removals etc as I will take care of all that, while you save the buyer's agent commission.

Save 40%-90% on Commissions

In other words you can save anywhere from 40% to 90% of commissions, but most important, your home gets full exposure, in most cases more exposure than the traditional real estate office can offer.

Results speak for themselves. Some listings sell at more than the asking price, some at full price. Most of my listings do receive multiple offers... and very rarely there was such thing as an expired listing with the "Basic Service" when the market was better.

Don't waste your money placing ads in newspapers or paying "listing fees" to private websites such as comfree, Usell a home etc. You can spend a fortune doing that, but the exposure your will get won't even scratch the surface as compared to MLS exposure.
